Martha and I just returned home from 10 days of wonderful ministry in Guatemala. Thank you for praying for us.
We
began ministry in Guatemala in 1976 just after a disasterous earthquake hit that country killing over 30,000 people and destroying
much of the country. When I first visited Guatemala there were over 125,000 orphans living in the most horrible conditions
imaginable. Today, Guatemala is a bit more prosperous, but racked by violence from the drug trade that is rampant.
A great time of spiritual revival started just after the earthquake and lasted for about 10 years. Now there are mega churches
in the city, but the country desperately needs a fresh wind of revival.
Pray for our Christian brothers and sisters
in this key country in Central America that God will protect and encourage them and send another outpouring of the Holy Spirit.
