The Vision of “A Certain Sound” can be best described by the following scriptures:

Isaiah 40:3-5 "Prepare the way of the LORD; Make straight in the desert A highway for our God. Every valley shall be exalted And every mountain and hill brought low; The crooked places shall be made straight And the rough places smooth; The glory of the LORD shall be revealed, And all flesh shall see it together; For the mouth of the LORD has spoken."

Joel 2:1 “Blow the trumpet in Zion, And sound an alarm in My holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble; For the day of the LORD is coming, For it is at hand: “

In 1987 God gave me a vision and a burden for revival in the church here in North America and around the world. He gave me instructions  to broaden my ministry and begin assisting men and women around the world who had a vision for the reviving of their churches and for the evangelization of their homelands. I along with several others who were committed to the same goal founded “A Certain Sound.”

Over the years “A Certain Sound” has served as a channel for encouragement, resources and training to see that vision accomplished.

“A Certain Sound” continues to serve our original purpose by providing training and support for men and women in a number of countries, including, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Fiji, Canada, N. Ireland and the USA.

Our ministry here in North America is focused entirely on the need for Revival in the church that will lead to Spiritual Awakening in society.
