As we enter the Christmas season, we have so much to be thankful for and so much to be concerned about.

We are most thankful for a Savior who is Christ the Lord, who came, lived among us and died for our sins according to the Scriptures; then arose from the dead for our justification. In addition, we are thankful for the "blessed hope" that He will come again and receive us to Himself that where He is we will be also.

We should also be thankful that He has given us His Holy Spirit to live within us and "guide us into all truth."

We should also be very concerned during this blessed season. Concerned for our nation that is being systematically destroyed from within and is in desperate need of a true Biblical revival. We cannot blame the politicians or the corruption in society for the mess we are in; we must take the blame ourselves because we are the "light of the world" and the "salt of the earth." If our world is dark, it's because the light has been hidden under a bushel and if our society is corrupt it is because the salt has lost its' saltiness.

I beseech you to join me in praying for a Spiritual Revival in the churches of America that will result in a "Great Awakening" in our society.

Have a very Merry Christmas and a Revival in the New Year.
