Acts 2:17  And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh;

2 Timothy 3:1  But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come:  

The Scriptures give us two distinctly different pictures of the Last Days. One picture is that of the Holy Spirit being poured out on all flesh resulting in many miraculous events taking place both in heaven and on earth.

The onther picture is a time of peril, terror and turmoil  when people turn away from the truth of God's Word and throw off all moral and Spiritual restrictions resulting in utter chaos in society.

One is a picture of REVIVAL and the other is a picture of RUIN.

We are seeing both of these take place right before our eyes  right now. From the Middle East to Asia to Africa and America there are remnants of both REVIVAL  in the midst of RUIN. 

How are we to prepare ourselves for such a time as thes? The Scripture is very clear. Listen to what both Jesus and Paul tells us.

Revelation 2:25   "But hold fast what you have till I come. 

Revelation 3:3  "Remember therefore how you have received and heard; hold fast and repent. 

Revelation 3:11  "Behold, I am coming quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no one may take your crown. 

2 Timothy 1:13  Hold fast the pattern of sound words which you have heard from me, in faith and love which are in Christ Jesus. 

2 Timothy 3:14-15  But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them,  15 and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
